1 Contact you about your enquiry, current booking or renewal.
2 Send you information about our future services and products.
3 Administrate your accounts and subscriptions with us.
4 Carry out market research and tracking of sales data
5 Anticipate and resolve problems with any services supplied to you.

We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email. From time to time we may send you details of products and services which we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive emails from us in the future please send us an email with 'unsubscribe' in the title to info@speak-easily.com.

If you provide us with your telephone number online, we will only contact you by telephone regarding your enquiry, current booking or renewal. If you do not wish to be contacted, again please let us know.

Absolutely no personal information we collect from you will be disclosed to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of third party websites linked from our site and recommend you check the privacy policy of each site you visit.

When you visit our site we may automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet). We use IP addresses to help us administer the site and to collect broad demographic information about our visitors.

We may store some information (commonly known as a cookie) on your computer when you look at our site. This information facilitates your use of our site and helps us to provide you with the best level of service. You can erase or block cookies from your computer, but certain Speak Easily services may not work correctly if you set your browser not to accept cookies.

We do not permanently keep any financial information from transactions on this site. Financial transactions paid solely through Google, Paypal or Amazon payment gateways are dealt with by them and they are solely responsible for their security. If you elect to make a telephone credit card payment with us, we will not keep any financial information you may relate to our administrators, although we will have access to it during the payment process.

All sessions and personal information regarding your training with us are strictly confidential. Our coaches with not share this with anyone with the exception of written or verbal reports of your progress as requested by the purchaser of the service, should this not be yourself.

FEES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

These terms and conditions relate to any services or products provided by Speak Easily. Please read these carefully as our products and services and use of this site are subject to these terms and conditions.

The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to products and services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase.

Sessions must be paid for 48 hours in advance. Cheques must therefore be sent at least one week in advance to allow for bank clearing and postal delays. All session cancellations and rearrangements must take place in person or by telephone at least 24 hours in advance within our office hours. Therefore Monday classes must be cancelled or rearranged by Friday. Morning classes must be cancelled or rearranged before noon the day before. If this is not done the session is forfeit and will be deducted from the remainder of the Client’s course.

Fees may be increased at any time. Information displayed on the site or at our premises as to pricing and availability is subject to change by Speak Easily without notice.

VERY IMPORTANT! Bundles of sessions are only valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. There can be no refund after this period. Please ensure you use your sessions before the Expiry date. In any case, this is better for your progress!

Speak Easily may terminate the service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to Speak Easily including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason. top
