PRIVACY POLICY We aim to keep our records accurate. If you would like to review or change the details you have supplied to us, you may do so at any time. Please contact us at info@speak-easily.com All sessions and personal information regarding your training with us are strictly confidential. Our coaches with not share this with anyone with the exception of written or verbal reports of your progress as requested by the purchaser of the service, should this not be yourself. Any questions regarding our Privacy Policy should also be directed to Speak Easily at info@speak-easily.com. top FEES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION These terms and conditions relate to any services or products provided by Speak Easily. Please read these carefully as our products and services and use of this site are subject to these terms and conditions. The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Refunds in relation to products and services may only be credited to the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase. Sessions must be paid for 48 hours in advance. Cheques must therefore be sent at least one week in advance to allow for bank clearing and postal delays. All session cancellations and rearrangements must take place in person or by telephone at least 24 hours in advance within our office hours. Therefore Monday classes must be cancelled or rearranged by Friday. Morning classes must be cancelled or rearranged before noon the day before. If this is not done the session is forfeit and will be deducted from the remainder of the Client’s course. Fees may be increased at any time. Information displayed on the site or at our premises as to pricing and availability is subject to change by Speak Easily without notice. Speak Easily may terminate the service immediately in the event you breach any of these terms and conditions or do not pay any sums due to Speak Easily including if the credit/debit card you use is not valid or does not work for another reason. top COPYRIGHT This site is owned and operated by Speak Easily.
